Pocket Tomo 운영팀(Codyssey)은 앱과 지원 사이트에서 처리하는 개인정보를 이 방침에 따라 관리합니다. 개인정보 관련 문의·열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지는 codyssey100@gmail.com로 요청할 수 있습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

동반자 이름, 여행 시기 선택, 학습 진도, 즐겨찾기, 오답과 학습 날짜, 분석 참여 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱 자체의 로그인·클라우드 동기화 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 운영체제의 기기 백업 설정은 별도로 적용될 수 있습니다.

3. 선택적 사용 분석 및 오류 진단

앱의 분석 참여에 동의한 경우에만 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 목적은 학습 및 구매 흐름 개선입니다. 홈 방문, 학습 시작·첫 답변·완료·중단, 복습, 여행팩 보기·구매 시도·검증된 완료·복원, 캘린더 및 지원 링크 이용과 해당 콘텐츠 ID를 기록합니다.

SDK는 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 기기·운영체제·앱 버전, 언어, 국가 수준의 지역 정보 및 사용 시각 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 가명 처리된 사용 데이터이며 완전히 익명인 정보라고 보장하지 않습니다. 이름, 이메일, 동반자 이름, 입력한 문의 내용, 정확한 위치, 카드번호를 분석 이벤트에 넣지 않습니다. 광고 ID 수집 및 광고 개인 최적화는 비활성화합니다.

동의를 거부해도 학습·구매 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 설정의 “Help improve Pocket Tomo”에서 철회하면 이후 수집을 중단하고 해당 기기의 분석 식별자를 초기화합니다. 초기화가 이미 전송된 모든 자료의 즉시 삭제를 의미하지는 않습니다.

오류 진단에 함께 동의하면 Firebase Crashlytics가 앱·기기 버전, 설치 식별자, 오류 종류와 호출 경로, 오류 전후 사용 이벤트를 처리합니다. 앱에서 보내는 Dart 오류는 원문 메시지 대신 오류 유형과 발생 기능을 기록합니다. 이름·문의 내용·결제 영수증을 별도 로그에 넣지 않습니다. Google은 충돌 기록과 관련 식별자를 90일 보관한 뒤 삭제 절차를 시작한다고 안내합니다. 철회 시 새 앱 오류 전송을 중단하며 네이티브 충돌 보고 변경은 앱 재시작 후 완전히 적용됩니다. 미전송 보고서는 SDK 삭제 요청으로 정리하며 이미 전송된 기록의 즉시 삭제를 의미하지 않습니다.

4. 처리 업체와 국외 처리

Google LLC 및 관련 회사는 Firebase/Google Analytics를 통해 사용 분석과 웹 호스팅을 제공합니다. 동의한 분석 정보는 앱 이용 시 네트워크로 전송되며 미국 등 Google이 처리하는 국가의 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 분석 참여는 선택이고 거부·철회해도 앱 이용에 불이익이 없습니다.

지원 페이지는 Firebase Hosting으로 제공됩니다. 페이지 전달과 악용 방지를 위해 IP 주소 등 접속 정보가 Google에 처리될 수 있으며, Google은 Hosting의 IP 정보를 수개월 보관한다고 안내합니다. 지원 사이트 자체에는 Analytics 스크립트나 광고 추적 쿠키를 설치하지 않습니다.

5. 구매와 이메일 문의

결제는 iOS에서 Apple, Android에서 Google Play가 처리합니다. 앱은 스토어의 서명이 검증된 거래와 상품 ID로 이용 권한을 확인하며, Android에서는 오프라인 이용을 위해 서명된 구매 내역을 기기의 백업 제외 영역에 저장합니다. 이 구매 내역을 별도 자체 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 당사는 카드번호나 결제 계좌 정보를 받지 않습니다. 스토어의 처리에는 각 Apple 또는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

codyssey100@gmail.com로 문의를 보내면 발신 이메일, 문의 내용과 사용자가 첨부한 자료를 문의 대응 목적으로 처리합니다. 이메일은 Google Gmail을 통해 처리되며 국외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 민감한 정보는 필요한 부분을 가려주세요.

6. 보관과 삭제

기기 내 정보는 앱 데이터가 유지되는 동안 보관되며 앱 삭제 등으로 지워질 수 있습니다. Analytics의 사용자·이벤트 단위 보관 기간은 2개월로 설정합니다. 집계된 보고서에는 이 보관 설정이 동일하게 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다.

지원 문의는 답변과 후속 대응을 위해 해결 후 최대 1년 보관한 뒤 삭제하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 법률상 의무 또는 분쟁 처리를 위해 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 범위와 기간에 한해 별도 보관합니다. 삭제 요청 시 관련 정보를 식별할 수 있는 최소한의 자료만 요청합니다.

7. 이용자의 권리와 보호

선택적 분석 동의를 철회하거나 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 기기 정보만 보관하는 경우 운영팀이 사용자를 식별하거나 기기 내 기록을 원격으로 삭제할 수는 없습니다. 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고업체에 판매 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않으며, 법률상 보호자 동의가 필요한 이용자는 보호자와 함께 사용해주세요.

8. 방침 변경

기능 또는 처리 방식이 달라지면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 앱에서 안내하거나 새로운 동의를 받습니다.

The Pocket Tomo team (Codyssey) manages personal data for the app and support website under this policy. Contact codyssey100@gmail.com for privacy questions or access, correction, deletion or restriction requests.

2. Information on your device

Your companion name, travel timing, progress, favorites, mistakes, study dates and analytics preference are stored on your device. They are not sent to an app account or cloud progress service. Your operating system’s device backup settings may apply separately.

3. Optional analytics and diagnostics

Google Analytics for Firebase runs only after you choose to allow analytics. We measure home visits; lesson starts, first answers, completions and exits; reviews; pack views, purchase attempts, verified completion and restoration; and calendar/support link use with content IDs.

The SDK may process an app-instance identifier, device/OS/app version, language, country-level location and activity times. This is pseudonymous usage data, not guaranteed to be fully anonymous. We do not include your name, email, companion name, inquiry text, precise location or payment card data in events. Advertising identifier collection and advertising personalization are disabled.

Learning and purchasing work without analytics consent. Turn off “Help improve Pocket Tomo” in Settings to stop future collection and reset this device’s analytics identifier. Resetting does not immediately delete every previously transmitted record.

With optional diagnostics consent, Firebase Crashlytics processes installation identifiers, app/device versions, stack traces and recent usage events. Our Dart reports replace exception messages with error types and feature names; we do not add names, inquiries or receipts to custom logs. Google retains crash records and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal. Opt-out stops new app reports; restart the app to fully apply native reporting changes. We request deletion of pending reports, which does not immediately erase previously uploaded records.

4. Providers and international processing

Google LLC and its affiliates provide Firebase/Google Analytics and hosting. Consented analytics are transmitted during app use and may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google processes data. Refusing or withdrawing analytics consent does not restrict app functionality.

Firebase Hosting delivers these support pages and may process IP addresses and request information for delivery and abuse prevention. Google describes Hosting IP retention as a few months. We do not install Analytics scripts or advertising tracking cookies on this website.

5. Purchases and support email

Apple processes iOS payments and Google Play processes Android payments. The app verifies store-signed transactions and product IDs for access. On Android, a signed receipt is stored in device storage excluded from backup for offline access; it is not sent to our own server. We do not receive card numbers or payment account details. Each store’s processing is governed by Apple’s or Google’s privacy policy.

When you email codyssey100@gmail.com, we process the sender address, message and attachments to respond. Messages are handled through Google Gmail and may be processed on servers outside your country. Please redact unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains while the app’s data is retained and may be erased when the app is deleted. Analytics user/event retention is set to two months; aggregated reports may not be subject to the same retention setting.

Our support retention policy is to delete inquiries within one year after resolution unless legal obligations or dispute handling require a limited extension. We request only the minimum information needed to locate records for a deletion request.

7. Your rights and protection

You may withdraw optional consent and request access, correction, deletion or restriction. We cannot identify every device user or remotely erase local learning data. We do not sell personal data or provide it for sale to advertisers. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Where parental consent is legally required, use the app with a parent or guardian.

8. Changes

We update the effective date and this page when our features or processing change, and provide in-app notice or renewed consent when appropriate.
