1. 서비스
Pocket Tomo는 일본어 표현, 대화 연습, 듣기 및 학습 기록을 제공하는 모바일 앱입니다. 무료 콘텐츠와 별도로 구매할 수 있는 여행팩을 제공합니다. 학습 예시는 교육 목적이며 여행·법률·의료 관련 전문적인 조언을 대신하지 않습니다.
2. 이용과 기록
사용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스·결제 보안을 방해해서는 안 됩니다. 앱 자체의 회원가입은 필요하지 않습니다. 학습 기록은 기기 내에 보관되며 기기 변경·앱 삭제에 따른 복원을 보장하지 않습니다. 음성 재생은 기기에 설치된 음성과 시스템 설정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
3. 여행팩 구매
일본 여행팩은 한 번 구매하는 비소모성 인앱 상품이며 정기 구독이 아닙니다. 결제 직전 Apple 또는 Google Play 구매 화면에 표시된 통화와 금액이 적용됩니다. 이용 권한은 구매한 스토어 계정에 연결되며 앱의 구매 복원 기능을 통해 확인할 수 있습니다. 결제가 취소·대기 상태이면 권한이 부여되지 않으며 환불·취소된 거래의 권한은 회수될 수 있습니다.
4. 취소와 환불
취소·환불은 구매한 스토어(Apple 또는 Google Play)의 절차와 해당 법률에 따라 처리됩니다. 이 약관은 법률에서 보장하는 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 문제가 있으면 지원 이메일로 연락하거나 구매한 스토어의 환불 안내를 이용해주세요. Apple과 Google Play 사이의 구매 이전은 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 콘텐츠 권리
앱의 원화, 캐릭터, 문구와 소프트웨어에 대한 권리는 각 권리자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 개인 학습 목적으로 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다. 권리자의 허락 없이 콘텐츠를 재판매하거나 무단 배포해서는 안 됩니다. 적용되는 오픈소스 라이선스의 권리는 해당 라이선스에 따릅니다.
6. 변경과 책임
서비스 개선·보안·기술적 사유로 기능이 변경되거나 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 유료 이용에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 가능한 범위에서 사전 안내합니다. 합리적인 품질과 안정성을 위해 노력하지만 오류나 중단이 전혀 없음을 보장하지는 않습니다. 고의·중대한 과실 및 법률상 배제할 수 없는 책임은 제한하지 않습니다.
7. 개인정보와 문의

1. The service
Pocket Tomo is a mobile app for Japanese phrases, guided conversations, listening and learning records. It offers free content and an optional travel pack. Examples are educational and do not replace professional travel, legal or medical advice.
2. Use and progress
Do not infringe others’ rights or interfere with service or payment security. No app account is required. Progress is stored on your device; restoration after device changes or app deletion is not guaranteed. Audio depends on installed system voices and device settings.
3. Travel pack purchases
The Japan Travel Pack is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. The currency and amount shown in Apple’s or Google Play’s checkout apply. Access is linked to the purchasing store account and can be checked through Restore purchase. Cancelled or pending purchases do not grant access; refunded or revoked purchases may lose access.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds follow the purchasing store’s process (Apple or Google Play) and applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. Contact support or follow the purchasing store’s refund process if you need assistance. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google Play.
5. Content rights
Artwork, characters, text and software belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the app for personal learning. Do not resell or distribute content without permission. Rights granted by applicable open-source licenses remain governed by those licenses.
6. Changes and responsibility
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for improvements, security or technical reasons. We aim to provide advance notice of material changes to paid access where reasonably possible. We work toward reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Privacy and contact
Personal data is handled under our Privacy policy. Contact codyssey100@gmail.com for support or dispute resolution. Mandatory legal protections and jurisdiction rights applicable to you remain unaffected. We update the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes to these terms.
